Villa M's is a 300 m² villa with a contemporary style, nestled on a 1100 m2 plot of land planted with citrus and olive trees. The volumes are generous, with beautiful finishes. It has 5 spacious bedrooms, including 2 superb master suites with private bathrooms, toilets and dressing room, terraces and a superb swimming pool (12x4.5 m). It is located 8 minutes walk from the superb D-Day landing beach, where many restaurants are set up (feet in the sand). An idyllic setting for an unforgettable holiday with family or friends.
On the first floor,
Superb living room bathed in light, opening onto the terrace, the garden and the swimming pool thanks to the large bay windows. This room has a modern and fully equipped open kitchen (hob, hood, oven, steam oven, microwave, coffee machine,...) which opens onto the living room and a large living room.
A separate office, with a view of the living room, allows you to isolate yourself in complete peace of mind, for your video calls.
Your summer meals are taken on the outdoor terrace, shaded by a stretched canvas.
A second kitchen adjoining the first and opening onto the terrace, allows you to prepare summer meals using the plancha and the ice maker.
