About this villa rental
Very spacious and bright, with a beautiful sea view, this Mediterranean villa offers you great comfort and refined decoration on a plot of 2000m² in the heart of a peaceful private family estate. A landscaped Mediterranean garden lighted up in the evening and an 11x4m saltwater swimming pool will make you fully benefit from the grounds, day and night.
The main villa of approximately 260 m² offers on the ground floor a double living room (indoor / outdoor, sea view), a dining room, a kitchen open to the fully equipped dining room (induction hob, double fridge, etc.) and a “family room” (games room, tv room) of around 30m². Three large bay windows overlooking the garden and two skylights allow this space to be bathed in sunlight throughout the day while keeping a great freshness. The master bedroom with its private bathroom (bath, shower and wc) is accessible directly from the living room and is air conditioned.
Upstairs, enjoying a 30m² terrace and a superb south-facing sea view, 2 spacious bedrooms (separable double bed) also air conditioned. All with a bathroom (shower and double sinks) and separate wc.
Set back from the main villa, a second outbuilding sheltered by trees and overlooking the valley will provide a place of rest for 4 people. This annex includes 2 bedrooms (separable double bed) with private bathroom (shower and sink) and wc.
