CAVALAIRE: Beautiful contemporary villa with pool (9x4) located in a quiet residential area 10 minutes walk from the beaches, the center and the port (free shuttle to the beaches 100 m).
150 m² living space on 2 levels that can be made independent and offering 10 to 12 beds. Comfortable, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped, it includes: in the DRC: 1 bedroom, kitchen, SDD, separate toilet, laundry room, a 25 m² billiard room that can serve as a 2nd bedroom and a double garage
in RDJ: a big space of life about 50 m ² (consisting of living room, dining room and opened kitchen perfectly equipped) livened up with a wood stove and a home cinema, 3 rooms of which a parental suite overlooking a big terrace and the beautiful pool, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, 2 separate toilets. All openings are equipped with electric shutters.
The parking space can accommodate up to 4 vehicles or 2 vehicles and a boat, the electric gate 4 m wide for easy access.
