About this villa rental
Possibility to rent only the 1st floor if you are between 2 and 4 people. Contact us for its price.
Villa of 150 m2 typical of the Riviera of the early 20th century, for rent in the town of Cavalaire-sur-Mer.
Its location is privileged since it is located 10 minutes walk from the city center and the nearest beach (Bonporteau beach), in a quiet residential area. It also benefits from a sea view.
150 m2 arranged on two floors:
- on the ground floor: a kitchen / pantry, a small living room with television and stereo system, a bedroom with double bed (160x200), a bedroom with two single beds (80x200), a dormitory room with 6 single beds (90x200) ) and a water point, an Italian bathroom and a separate toilet.
- upstairs: a living room (sea view) equipped with a home cinema system upscale (and wide choice of channels by the decoder), a kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with double bed (160x200), a second bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200) (possibility to install it in 2 single beds of 90 x 200), a bathroom (bath and shower) and a separate toilet.
The exterior consists of a garden, a terrace (with garden furniture) and a swimming pool (11m x 4m with rigid shutter - electric and secure, 1 alarm - NEW: heated pool with a pump heat during the inter-seasons) oriented South-East, with sea view.
The villa is located on a plot of 1000 m² enclosed and raised on its periphery, which protects the opposite. A sliding gate allows to park safely one or more vehicles.
The villa was completely renovated in H1 2016.
You will be welcomed on the spot the day of your arrival by a real estate agent:
- he will do with you the tour of the house,
- will introduce you to the operation of the pool,
- will have you sign the internal rules of the villa,
- and will also make the inventory of places of exit when you leave.
Package of sheets and towels sponges 10 € / people: beds made on arrival), towels provided sponges.
An end-of-stay cleaning fee of € 250 is also provided with a mid-week changeover for the cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms is scheduled.
1st floor equipped kitchen: traditional oven, combined microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, wine cellar and small appliances.
Also at your disposal: two washing machines, a tumble dryer, a steam generator, an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, 2 hairdryers, a gas griddle. The wifi internet connection is available free of charge.
The villa is air conditioned on each floor. An air conditioner and 2 mobile fans are provided in addition for the ground floor.
