A terrible, filthy place both inside and out — the bed was covered in hair, the dishes had dried, old food on them. They couldn’t provide check-in at the agreed time, everything was dirty, and half of the electronics didn’t work (TV, blinds). The plumbing in the shower was literally falling on my head. The pool was dirty and unsafe for swimming. This is not a villa, it’s a joke.

Some plastic glasses would be ideal as there is a lot of stone areas. Also some smaller glasses/plastic for juice. Full length mirror and mirrors in each room. When we where all trying to get ready we where all crowded around one mirror.

Un séjour dépaysant dans un cadre idillique

La villa était très bien décorée et équipée, placée de façon idéale proche de la mer. L'hôte était très disponible pour répondre à nos questions et surtout très accueillante. Nous avons aussi pu venir avec notre petit chien. Une très belle villa très luxueuse

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und super freundlich!

Die angrenzende Straße war teilweise sehr laut. Die Küchenausstattung war nicht gut und die Betten zu klein.

salle a vivre trop petite pour 4 personnes sachant que c etait une maison pour 8 la table prenez toute la place le canape lit ne pouvait s ouvrir. et l exterieur coin piscine vraiement mignature .

Bon séjour

Emplacement très pratique un peu proche de la grande route tout de même. Hote tres agréable.

Les places de parking ne sont absolument pas pratique. Manque quelques installations mais la remarque a été faite à l hôte qui d ailleurs était super et qui je l espère en tiendra compte.

Très bon plan en hors saison

La localisation à 5 minutes de la plage. La décoration et le style de la maison, original pour la Côte d’Azur (inspiration Ibiza) L’accueil du personnel (gentillesse, surclassement et late check out en basse saison, aux petits soins pour les bagages…)

Les oreillers de basse qualité L’éclairage : pas d’éclairage de piscine - dommage quand on veut profiter du jardin le soir Pas d’éclairage d’appoint dans le salon (uniquement spots au plafond sans variateur) - ambiance pas du tout cosy

Schönes Design, aber zu viele negative Punkte!

Die Häuser sind sehr hübsch und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist gut, der Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke und Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar. Am Strand gibt es auch ein paar Restaurants. Eduardo, der Concierge ist sehr nett und immer erreichbar (aber nicht immer ganz zuverlässig).

- Das Haus ist erst vor 6 Monaten eröffnet worden, dafür sind einfach zu viele Dinge einfach kaputt... Wasserhahn lose, Leisten an Möbeln gehen bereits ab, das Haus ist zudem nicht regendicht. Als es eines Nachts regnete tropfte es von den Decken die Wände runter, sogar in den Elektriksicherheitskasten. - Bei Ankunft war der Pool nicht gesäubert, es war noch Sand von den Vormietern im Pool, leere Teelichter auf der Terrasse. - Parkplatz ist leider viel zu klein und eng, wenn alle Häuser besetzt sind passen nicht alle Autos auf den Parkplatz. Vor allem längere Autos (Kombis oder wir mit ner V-Klasse) müssen sich schräg über 2 Parkplätze stellen, damit andere Autos noch vorbeifahren können. - WLAN reicht leider nicht in die obere Etage. - Die "Rasenfläche" um den Pool herum ist so schmal, dass man nicht mal ne Liege dort abstellen kann. Wenn man den Esstisch draußen stehen hat kann man höchstens 1 Liege an den Pool stellen, mehr Platz ist nicht. - kein Fön, obwohl einer da sein sollte. Es wurde versprochen, dass der Concierge einen bringt, das hatte er dann aber 2 Wochen lang vergessen. - kein einziger Ganzkörperspiegel. - am ganzen Strand keine Hunde erlaubt (auch wenn der Concierge was anderes gesagt hat). Insgesamt für den Preis und das Niveau das man erreichen möchte sind das zu viele negative Punkte, so dass ich es leider nicht weiterempfehlen kann.

Muy lindo duplex con pileta ubicado en un complejo con todas las comididades y servicios; a metros de la playa! Julia muy atenta siempre respondiendo a todas nuestras consultas. Lo super recomiendo!
