Mamma AnnaLivia is located in one of the most luxurious areas of the province of Catania, surrounded by other splendid villas.
An elegant entrance leads to the villa, and immediately the stunning sea view opens up before the visitor.
The villa stands on one level, and every room has a stunning panorama of the Mediterranean sea.
There are two double bedrooms, two elegant bathrooms, and a spacious living room and kitchen.
The kitchen leads to an outdoor patio with a table and a wonderful view of much of eastern Sicily.
As you can see from the photos, the house is modern and fresh, as well as being particularly bright.
A lava stone staircase leads to the pool area located on the lower side of the property, where the owner lives in a completely separate portion of the villa.
The pool is for the exclusive use of our guests.
Mamma AnnaLivia is located in an exceptional strategic position, ideal for reaching the most important destinations in eastern Sicily: Catania (5 km), Taormina (30 km), Mount Etna (10 km), and Syracuse (70 km).
The closest beach is the renowned seaside area of Acitrezza and Acicastello (4 km), where Ulysses passed during his epic journey and where numerous novels and films have been set, as well as being places full of restaurants, ice cream parlors, and beautiful seafront promenades.
