Spacious three bedrooms apartment located within a quiet residence, with private descent to the sea, ideal for those seeking tranquility and the convenience of the coast within walking distance.
The entrance to this apartment opens onto an open space consisting of a living area furnished with a sofa, dining table and TV set inside the living area is a fully equipped American kitchen with oven, coffe maker and dishwasher. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms: two with a queen-size bed and one with 2 single beds, as well as a walk-in closet.
There are 2 bathrooms both equipped with shower stalls. A balcony equipped with outdoor furniture completes the layout.
Guests are provided with amenities such as air conditioning, heat pump, wi-fi, washing machine and iron.
*The building does not have an elevator and is located on the first floor.
*Guests will be able to use a parking space inside the property.
