About this house rental
In an exclusive area of Catania cliff we rent the apartment that we have created for our most precious and intimate moments. It equipped with all mod cons, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, two bedrooms terraced, front garden, wifi, hardwood floors throughout the home. The pride that makes our only home is the spa in the basement: hydromassage, turkish bath with color therapy and ceiling projector.
The apartment is on three levels, the ground floor entrance to a small front yard, during the summer season, the cushions, table and wet bar. Entering the house we find a 40 sqm living with outbuildings plus kitchen and laundry facilities. Turning to the first floor are two bedrooms, one with a double and a decked sea view, the other with two singles and with terrace on the inside; In this floor there is the main bathroom with bath and shower. In the basement instead the spa with whirlpool for up to 4 people and a Turkish bath for 4 pax. 3 TV (in the living room and in the two bedrooms) and a ceiling video projector in the spa. 2 sky decoder with a single card. Heating and air conditioning in all rooms. Piped music available in basement. Free wifi internet unlimited. Street parking, free if available or blue stripes; Private parking is available for a fee, rates starting from € 8. 00 per 24 hours, which is open 24/7, 400 meters from the house.
The apartment is on the cliff just 5 km from the city center and close to quaint villages and acicastello acitrezza. We have agreements with an excellent beach within walking distance in 5 minutes (extra quoted input). The area offers many bars and restaurants. For those who love the night life will find discos and nightclubs directly on the beach within walking distance.
The area where there is the house is shown and is used by joggers, a long road with wide sidewalk that runs from Aci Castello to Catania, all on the cliff on the Ionian Sea.
Since this is a home within a complex, it is necessary to respect the hours of rest (from 14 to 16 and after midnight) avoiding loud noises.
Upon check in will request a copy of a document valid for the usual legal registration; Also a photo taken on site by mobile phone will suffice.
