About this house rental

A spacious and refreshing holiday home within 5 mins walk to Raglan boutique shops, art galleries & eateries. 10mins to the harbour for water activities or a peaceful Summer dip. The perfect spot for your group to park up and enjoy all that Raglan has to offer on your doorstep.

Left Break is holidaying made easy. Beautifully presented, new furnishings and inclusive of linen, towels and all your everyday necessities. Plenty of off-street parking for cars and secure parking for boats, jet skis or other water sports equipment. Large fenced outdoor spaces for kids to play safely and adults to relax and enjoy the view.

The property has an open plan kitchen, living and dining space. The living room is fitted with a heat pump and Smart TV.

Outside you will find a large North-facing deck with dining space, BBQ and an umbrella for shade - perfect for summer al fresco dining while taking in the spectacular views of Mount Karioi.

The Master Bedroom is located off the kitchen with access out to the garden. Bedrooms 2 and 3 and the bathroom are located off the living room. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds.

The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and vanity.

Plenty of space to park a boat or other sporting equipment and secure behind a lockable fence.

You will have access to all bedrooms required for the number of guests staying and entire rest of house - living room, kitchen, dining and bathroom. Also exclusive use of the outdoor lawn, garden, deck, BBQ and entertainment area.

Raglan is the perfect holiday destination at any time of year. Famous for its surf beaches and relaxed beach vibe, Raglan also has a vibrant arts, crafts and café culture.

This home is in the ideal location to enjoy all that Raglan has to offer. A short 5 minute walk for multiple cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and local shopping. Picturesque Lorenzen Bay is just a 15 min walk away for kayaking, safe, sheltered swimming and family fun or a 10 minute walk to the stunning Kaitoke walkway.

Raglan has something for everyone. And this home is ideally located to explore the local area.

Surfers will love the big waves at world-famous Manu Bay. Nearby Cox Bay and Lorenzen Bay are great spots for swimming, kayaking and body boarding or just relaxing in the sunshine. You may even get lucky and spot one of the orcas that regularly come to visit the bays.

Also on offer in Raglan is fantastic bushwalking, golf, mini putt and, of course, plenty of fishing.

The vibrant café and arts scene in Raglan township is just a short drive away. There’s a wealth of delicious dining options to choose from, along with specialist arts and crafts shops to explore. Also within easy reach are the supermarket and shopping facilities.

Do as much or as little as you want – the choice is yours. Raglan is a fantastic holiday destination any time of year.

Strictly no smoking indoors. If you smoke outdoors, please do so responsibly and remove butts from the property on departure.

No more than the number of guests booked, to a maximum of 6. Additional charges will apply if you exceed the number booked.

All linen and towels are included in the nightly rate.

Guest stays longer than 5 nights will be provided with additional bathroom linen for use during your stay.

For reservations longer than 10 days, on request, additional bed linen can be provided for you to change at your convenience. Our team will collect any dirty linen at a mutually agreed time.

All reservations include an end of stay cleaning fee. Sufficient cleaning products and equipment will be available at the property for use during your stay should you need it. We do not offer mid-stay cleaning services unless this has been pre-arranged at the time of booking and we have capacity in our cleaning schedule to book this in. All additional cleaning services including mid-stay bed making will incur additional costs.

We have a zero tolerance for unauthorised parties or events and you will be asked to vacate the property if there is reason for us to suspect guest misconduct.

Residential area - Noise curfew from 10pm to 9am.

Events are not allowed without prior arrangement. This includes birthday parties, hens/stag doos and wedding celebrations.

A BBQ is available for use during your stay. Please clean with the appropriate supplied cleaner after use. We reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning if the BBQ is found dirty.

Rubbish - an allowance has been made for 1x full blue rubbish bag. Additional rubbish must be taken with you or dropped at a local refuse disposal station (details in house info folder).

Recycling - an allowance for 1x full recycling bin has been made per stay. Additional recycling must be taken with you or an additional charge of $25 per box will be applied for disposal.

Electric Vehicle Charging - We are unable to accommodate electrical vehicle charging at the property, there is a fast charging station location around the town hall on Bow Street.

For any personal belonging/s that are left at the property, there is a $20 (regardless of size) minimum return fee + courier bag/packaging. This is to cover staff travel and time to the post office + administering the return charge.

Please note there is a motion sensored security camera at the entrance door. These devices are for the security of the property, but if there is reason to suspect misconduct from guests, the footage and data can be reviewed.
