Olive Grove in Raglan

Step into Olive Grove, a brand-new retreat perched above the peaceful olive groves of Rangitahi. Thoughtfully designed and beautifully finished, this fully equipped home blends modern luxury with effortless comfort. Inside, you’ll find stylish interiors, high-end amenities and inviting living spaces created for relaxation. Whether you’re enjoying a slow morning coffee, gathering with friends and family, or unwinding after a day exploring Raglan, Olive Grove provides the perfect setting.

The heart of the home is the main living area, where floor-to-ceiling views stretch out across the olive groves, with Mt Karioi in the distance. A beautiful glass-encased gas fireplace adds warmth and ambience to the lounge, creating the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. Large sliding doors open out onto a spacious deck, where you’ll find outdoor furniture and a large gas fire—ideal for slow evenings, sunset drinks or gathering with friends and family.

The modern kitchen is well equipped for those who enjoy cooking while away, featuring two ovens, an induction cooktop with extractor, a countertop pizza oven, and a full range of kitchen utilities for guest use. Just off the kitchen is a cozy reading nook—perfect for enjoying a quiet moment with a book or starting the day with a morning coffee.

Comfort has been carefully considered throughout the home, with underfloor heating beneath the timber floors and a ventilation cooling system to keep the indoor climate just right year-round.

The master bedroom is located on the main living level and offers a peaceful retreat, complete with a walk-through wardrobe, a beautifully finished ensuite and direct access to the deck.

On the entry level, you’ll find the second and third bedrooms. One features a comfortable queen bed, while the third has a relaxed study-style feel with a quality fold-out double bed, suitable for both short and longer stays. These two rooms share the main bathroom, located just off the lounge area. Both bathrooms are beautifully finished with beautiful tile work and rainfall shower heads, while the main bathroom also features a bathtub for a relaxing soak.

The upstairs entry level and the main living area are connected by internal wooden stairs and guests also have internal access to the garage, where the laundry is conveniently located.

Olive Grove offers a thoughtful blend of style, high end finishes, comfort, and peaceful surroundings—making it a wonderful base for your Raglan getaway.

Guest will have access to the entire property.

The house is located down a shared driveway and has off street parking in the driveway for two cars only. If you have more than two vehicles, please park on the road, not the shared driveway.

This house has a 3pm check in time. If the house is ready earlier, we will happily message you and let you know on the day.

All linen and towels are included in the nightly rate, excluding beach towels, these are not provided.

Guest stays longer than 5 nights will be provided with additional bathroom linen for use during your stay.

For reservations longer than 10 days, on request, additional bed linen can be provided for you to change at your convenience. Our team will collect any dirty linen at a mutually agreed time.

All reservations include an end of stay cleaning fee. Sufficient cleaning products and equipment will be available at the property for use during your stay should you need it. We do not offer mid-stay cleaning services unless this has been pre-arranged at the time of booking and we have capacity in our cleaning schedule to book this in. All additional cleaning services including mid-stay bed making will incur additional costs.
We have a zero tolerance for unauthorised parties or events and you will be asked to vacate the property if there is reason for us to suspect guest misconduct.

Rubbish - an allowance has been made for 1x full blue rubbish bag. Additional rubbish must be taken with you or dropped at a local refuse disposal station (details in house info folder) or an additional charge of $25 per bag will be applied for disposal.

Recycling - an allowance for 1x full recycling bin has been made per stay. Additional recycling must be taken with you or an additional charge of $25 per box will be applied for disposal.

Electric Vehicle Charging- We are unable to accommodate electrical vehicle charging at the property, there is a fast charging station location around the town hall on Bow Street.

Any personal belongings left behind have a minimum $20 return fee + courier bag/packaging cost (regardless of size). This is to cover travel and time to the post office + administration for the return payment.
Sorry but we are unable to host pets.

Strictly no smoking indoors. If you smoke outdoors, please do so responsibly and remove butts from the property on departure.

No more than the number of guests booked, to a maximum of 6. Additional charges will apply if you exceed the number booked.

Residential area - Noise curfew from 10pm to 9am.

Events are not allowed without prior arrangement. This includes birthday parties, hens/stag doos and wedding celebrations.

Please note there is a motion sensored security camera at the entrance door. These devices are for the security of the property, but if there is reason to suspect misconduct from guests, the footage and data can be reviewed.

Our cancellation policy offers a full refund up to 5 days before arrival. After that you receive 50% of the booking plus cleaning fee, less the first night.
