This exceptional Raglan retreat has fresh, contemporary interiors, a modern kitchen, expansive elevated decks and a spa pool, designed for comfort and relaxation. The views are the star: sweeping harbour outlooks to the north and the striking silhouette of Mount Karioi to the west, all just an 8-minute stroll to Cox Bay and a 10-minute walk to Lorenzen Bay.

This two-storey home has a flexible layout for families and groups, sleeping eight across four bedrooms. Upstairs, the master has a queen bed and opens onto a sunny deck for sunrise, and Bedroom 2 has two singles. Downstairs, Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and Bedroom 4 (through the garage) has a king single and a pull-out single trundler. Each level has a bathroom and a smart TV living space, and a wood fireplace warms upstairs.

The modern kitchen has a walk-in pantry, dishwasher, induction cooktop and built-in oven, or you can BBQ on the deck. Dine on the upstairs deck, or head down to the garden with Cape Cod chairs and your own private spa pool. A private bush walk brings birdsong, and feijoas and citrus in season. The garage has a washer, dryer and secure storage. The outdoor firepit is not operational.

We provide linen, towels, toiletries, tea, coffee, milk, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder, laundry powder, firewood and gas for the BBQ. The whole property is yours, inside and out. The driveway is shared with neighbours, so please use the allocated spaces (2 cars at the front).

Surfers will love the big waves at Manu Bay, while Cox Bay and Lorenzen Bay suit swimming, kayaking and body boarding, and you might spot orcas. Bushwalking, golf, mini putt, fishing and Raglan`s cafes, shops and supermarket are all close.

- Strictly no smoking indoors. If you smoke outdoors, remove butts from the property on departure.
- Residential area - Quiet time from 10pm to 9am.
- Events and parties are not permitted without prior arrangement. Guests limited to number booked. Extra charge if exceeded.
- BBQ (if available): clean with supplied cleaner after use. Cleaning fee if left dirty.
- Rubbish: 1x full blue bag allowed. Take extra with you or use a local refuse station (see house info folder).
- Recycling: 1x full bin per stay. Extra: take with you or $25/box disposal charge.
- No EV charging.
- Left belongings: $20 minimum return fee plus courier cost.
- Motion-sensor security camera may be present at entrance door. Footage may be reviewed if misconduct is suspected.

To protect your stay and our properties, ID verification is required before access details are released, and your booking is conditional on completing it. After payment, you`ll get a secure link to the property portal and will need to verify with a photo ID and a quick selfie — access details are released automatically once it`s done. Takes a few minutes; your data is handled securely by the portal operator, SuiteOp. Failure to complete ID verification will result in your booking being cancelled. Cancellation fees may apply.
