About this house rental
Welcome to a charming and spacious holiday home in Åseda, Kronoberg County. The house is suitable for those looking for peace, nature and community rather than modern luxury. It is located about 100 meters from a lake, and a small rowing boat is included in the price, which provides great opportunities for peaceful trips on the water, fishing or quiet evenings by the lake.
The house has room for up to 10 guests, of which a maximum of 8 adults, and is well suited for larger families, family reunions or friends who want to spend time together in a relaxed environment. There are four bedrooms and extra sleeping space in the living room. One bedroom has a double bed, one has two single beds that can easily be put together to make a double bed or divided to make two separate beds, and an extra bed. One bedroom has a single bed and in the basement there is a bedroom with two single beds and a toilet. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. On the entrance floor there is a toilet and a separate bathroom with a bathtub. There is another toilet in the basement, making the accommodation practical even for larger groups.
This is an older style house with a standard that is simple and functional, and is suitable for guests who appreciate a genuine and affordable holiday home where the location and surroundings are more important than modern furnishings and high standards.
The area around Åseda offers classic Småland nature with good opportunities for relaxation and various activities. The nearby lake invites you to swim, fish and boat trips. The surrounding forests are excellent for walking, hiking and cycling on quiet gravel roads. During the season there are good opportunities for berry and mushroom picking, and in the vicinity there are smaller communities, glassworks and farm shops that are well suited for day trips. Many guests also appreciate simply staying at the house, socializing, having a barbecue and enjoying the peace and quiet of nature.
Good to know about the accommodation
• A deposit of 2000 SEK is mandatory and is paid upon arrival. Refund will be made 1 week after departure if the house is left in an acceptable condition.
• Bed linen and towels are NOT provided in the house – please bring your own.
• Final cleaning is mandatory and is added to the price, 3000 SEK/booking.
• A boat is included
• Electricity is not included, 4 SEK/kWh
• Firewood can be purchased on site, 100 SEK/bag
