Villa Stariδe is a beautifully renovated villa located in the picturesque village of Paidochori in Apokoronas, Chania. Nestled in a private and serene setting, this 2-level villa is designed to provide style and comfort while offering awe-inspiring panoramic views from Souda Bay to Georgioupolis. The villa, which accommodates up to 8 guests, is a haven for relaxation, blending modern amenities with natural beauty.
The upper level features two comfortable bedrooms and a shared bathroom. At the top of the staircase, an open space with office facilities and a sitting area offers a cozy retreat with large windows that flood the rooms with natural light and reveal the stunning views of the surrounding area.
The lower level is the heart of the villa, boasting a spacious sitting area with a stove, a dining area for 8 guests, and a bar with a wine fridge. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances.
The master bedroom and an additional bathroom with a shower are also located on this level. All areas provide direct access to a large shaded veranda, where up to 8 guests can dine while enjoying the magnificent sea views. Adjacent to the pool, a separate dining and relaxation area enhances the villa’s charm.
Outdoors, Villa Stariδe features a private swimming pool that can be heated for an extra charge, & jacuzzi hydromassage (not heated), a pergola-shaded seating area, and a lush garden with a ping pong table and a soccer goal. Two bicycles are available for guests who wish to explore the scenic surroundings. Secure parking is provided under the shade of native trees at the front of the villa.

The guests have unconstrained access to the whole villa and all outdoor spaces.
The entire property plus the villa amenities are included in the rental cost.
If the guest wishes to use the indoor fireplace, the wood used has an extra charge.
If the guest wishes to heat the pool, there will be an extra charge.
There is also free parking for 2 cars in the driveway and 2 more cars in the road outside.
Guests shall be respectful of the property and furniture and leave the house in a good condition so all future guests can enjoy it.
Scheduled pool, house, and garden cleaning may take place during your stay.
