About this apartment rental
Self-contained unit with a kitchenette and bathroom, located in an historic villa on the slopes of Mount Etna. A spacious terrace in front of the unit with sofas and umbrellas, adjacent to a newly built swimming pool of approximately 50 square meters. A large lawn below with a bocce court. Stunning views of the volcano and the nearby coast of Taormina and Fiumefreddo.
The unit consists of a one-room apartment with a kitchenette, including an oven and refrigerator, and a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. It is furnished with a double bed and a bunk bed. Adjacent to the studio apartment is an old olive press; its first floor, furnished with sofas and a ping-pong table, will be available to guests as a shared space with the owners.
Guests will access their accommodation via the terrace. The terrace, furnished with sofas, the pool, the lawn, and the bocce court will be for their exclusive use for the duration of their stay, though these areas may be accessed by staff responsible for maintaining the outdoor spaces. You may park your car on the property.
The hosts will welcome guests upon arrival and will be available to assist with any needs throughout the entire stay.
The hosts may occasionally stay on the first floor, in the private area of the residence, but will not be present in the pool or on the terrace.
The house’s location is ideal for a relaxing stay surrounded by nature, yet it’s also just a 10-minute drive to the highway, providing easy access to all the tourist destinations in eastern Sicily, such as Taormina, Catania, and Syracuse. In addition, you can easily reach the summit of Mount Etna for guided tours or the nearby beach at Fiumefreddo, which features beach facilities.
