**Check-in Process:** Our concierge will meet you upon arrival. As they do not live on-site, please let us know your arrival time well in advance. The concierge's details will be sent to you 2 to 3 days before your check in day provided your Truvi ID verification has been successfully completed. Note: a $40 fee applies for check-ins after 8 pm.



**Long-Term Stays:** For bookings longer than one month, a mandatory full cleaning and linen change is scheduled every 4 weeks to keep the apartment fresh for your extended stay. This will be added to your total booking amount.
