About this house rental
Location
Located in the countryside, only 12 km from the town centre of Parthenay and about 60 km from the Puy du Fou, the Futuroscope and the Marais Poitevin, this old farmhouse welcomes you for a peaceful and authentic stay.
The accommodation
On the first floor, you will find a large veranda that can easily accommodate about fifteen people, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary equipment, a dining room and an entrance area.
A corridor leads to a separate toilet, a shared bathroom for the upstairs bedrooms, as well as two double bedrooms, each with its own shower and toilet.
Upstairs, you will discover three bedrooms:
• The first with a double bed, shower and toilet,
• The second with a double bed,
• The third with a double bed and a toilet point.
A baby cot can be made available on request.
Passenger access
You will have access to the veranda as well as the terrace.
This old farm is located in a dog farm. You will be immersed in nature, surrounded by horses and, with a bit of luck, you will come across other animals passing through.
Other remarks
Towels, sheets, dish towels and cleaning equipment are provided.
