About this house rental
This is a private home with unique and upgraded southwestern style furnishings . There are 4 bedrooms (2 masters) , 3 1/2 bath, with laundry room, fireplace, private outdoor hot tub, 5 flat screen TVs, Dishnetwork, Wi-Fi , fax/printer. There is a one car garage with 2 to 3 other spaces in the parking lot in front of the townhouse. There is a full kitchen with recently upgraded kitchenAid appliances and a Sub Zero refrigerator. The townhouse also has a separate breakfast area and formal dining area adjacent to the main living room. There is a secondary living room on the lowest floor for more privacy or a children’s play area. Finally, there is a full athletic club with full gym (free weights/weight machines, cardio, stretching area and kettle bells) 2 indoor tennis courts, 6 outdoor tennis courts (2 clay) , squash/racketball courts, indoor swimming pool and hot tub, updated locker rooms with in 3 minutes walking distance of the townhouse. As a renter their is no extra charge for using these amenities. Child care is also available at an extra cost. Since this is a private home that we cherish with great love and care we do not allow any pets, smokers or groups of young adults.

The stay was great! The bedrooms were large and there was plenty of space for multiple couples or families to stay together. Easy to come and go with the use of the garage. Just up the road from Edwards and Arrowhead ski lift. Worked great for us!

We really enjoyed our stay at Dan and Pam's house. This was our first Christmas away from home and it felt like we were staying at a friend's home. The house was decorated for Christmas which was a really nice touch. There was tons of room for our family of five, and there would be plenty of room for two families. The location was perfect - we skied at both Vail and Beaver Creek and it was close enough for me to drop them off and pick them up each day. About 7 mins to Beaver Creek drop off and about 20 min to Vail. The hot tub was the perfect place to end the ski day We would definitely rent again if we come back.
