About this house rental
Bring your dogs! This private home in Edwards is 10 min on Rt 6 from the Beaver Creek lots and about 15-20 minutes from the Vail lots. It sits on a 1/2 acre private lot and boasts expansive views up and down valley. The 2021 remodel made this home even better for families. There are three bedrooms plus a trundle twin in one of the rooms. Free Wifi on site, smart televisions in all rooms, extensive cable package, premium furnishings and linens, open floor plan, a well equipped kitchen, two outdoor patios, a grill, a garage and a complete laundry room as well. You will find well stocked necessities such as shampoo and conditioner, garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, food wraps, laundry and dish detergents and cooking oils and spices. There are toys and a play kitchen on premise as well as a pack and play. Dogs love it for the big yard and hiking trails out the back door. We have trash pick-up and property management services as well as an excellent cleaning crew that makes sure that our dog friendly home doesn’t smell like dogs. They do all the cleaning including linen laundering prior to your arrival and after your departure. We want you to enjoy your vacation, not stress about preparing our house for the next renters. We furnish this house so we can enjoy it as well. We have personally stayed in a few janky rentals and have promised to never do that to our renters. We pride ourselves in providing an exceptional accommodation experience. Our neighbors are lovely and there are many friendly dogs up and down the street. Please consider our house if you are looking for an updated, clean, clutter-free and perfectly located rental to enjoy with your family, friends and dogs.

We had a very nice stay and highly recommend it. The only thing that could have made the stay perfect was if the backyard was completely fenced. That would have made it easier with our dogs, but we were able to make it work. Very beautiful home and a very accommodating host.

Melinda's place perfectionated our week long ski trip with our old family friends. Weather was perfect and the scenary from the bay window by a fireplace was serene and made us feel at home. Everything was well appointed and a big waterfall kitchen island and a dining table made our gatherings even more enjoyable. Nice and quiet neighbor and we saw whitetail deer families as well in the neighbor. We are coming back Thank you!!!

This place is amazing and they are fabulous hosts!! Our family and huskies will definitely be back!! The dogs had a ball in the open space in the back yard!
