Situated on a cul-de-sac in lower Homestead, our 3200 sq. ft. home is conveniently located walking distance to Riverwalk and all it has to offer as well as parks, trails, and the Homestead Court Club. Enjoy summer meals on the generous deck off of the large open main living room. The open concept kitchen, living and dining area is spacious and has a gas fireplace. The living room opens to another separate living area that can be used as a den, office space or playroom. The master bedroom is privately located upstairs with an en-suite bathroom with western views. The lower level generously offers 3 more bedrooms and a full bathroom. Outdoor living spaces can be accessed from each level and the oversized 2 car garage and flat driveway make for a perfect setting. The home in Edwards is a perfect spot for a couple families to enjoy Beaver Creek Ski Resort and its world class snow or a summer adventure in the beautiful mountains in the Gore Range.
Our home has an EV 220 plug-in, in the garage.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
