This open-floor plan home features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, spacious living room with gas fireplace, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, village balcony with gas grill, underground parking for 1 vehicle.

This means that guests staying at E1 Village Townhouse have access to a range of services for the duration of your stay. All stays will have a Destination Host, who will be there to handle any requests during your stay. Your Destination Host is on hand to assist with grocery deliveries, restaurant recommendations, hiring a private chef, baby equipment rental and much more.
The bedroom configuration for this home is as follows:
Master Bedroom - King Bed with ensuite bathroom
Second Bedroom - Two Queen Beds with ensuite bathroom

Sleeping with configuration will accommodate up to 10 people

For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay refresh and linen change is included as part of your booking. Linen is changed, beds are made, trash is removed, bathrooms are cleaned, towels refreshed, the kitchen is attended to, and all surfaces & faucets are left sparkling and disinfected.
For stays of fewer than 8 nights, mid-stay cleaning is not included but can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
This home requires a Damage Protection Policy to cover your stay for accidental damage up to $3,000. This policy is required from this property manager and already included in the displayed price. Guests who prefer to place a security deposit for this amount in lieu of the Damage Protection Policy can inquire for additional details.
