Set within a genuine 19th-century stone barn at the charming Ölandsgård in Alvlösa, this duplex apartment blends historic character with relaxed holiday comfort. Natural materials and timeless details create a calm, Tuscany-inspired atmosphere where unwinding comes easily. A refreshing saltwater pool sits at the heart of a courtyard framed by hollyhocks, lavender, and Öland stone — the perfect place to stretch out on a sun lounger and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The property includes three separate apartments, making it ideal for groups who wish to stay together while enjoying privacy. The shared garden offers dining areas, outdoor furniture, barbecue spots, and green spaces with a trampoline for play. Inside the duplex, the lower level features a modern kitchen, dining area, and bathroom, while the upper floor offers exposed beams, skylights, courtyard views, a double bed, sofa bed, desk, and wardrobes. A children’s slide in the pool adds to the family-friendly appeal. Scenic walks, nearby sea access, and beautiful beaches along Öland’s east coast complete the experience. South Öland’s UNESCO-listed landscape, grazing animals, birdwatching at Eckelsudde, and small local villages add authentic rural charm. The other apartments have no.: 64469, 64472 at Stugsommar.
