This beautiful duplex apartment is housed in an authentic 19th-century stone barn at charming Ölandsgård in Alvlösa. Warm materials and timeless details create a relaxed, Tuscany-inspired atmosphere. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool, then unwind on a sun lounger and soak up the sun in peaceful surroundings. A charming courtyard framed by hollyhocks, lavender, and Öland stone surrounds a striking blue pool, setting a relaxed holiday tone. The property offers three separate apartments, ideal for groups who want to stay together with privacy. The shared garden features dining areas, outdoor furniture, barbecue spots, and open green spaces with a trampoline. The duplex apartment includes a modern kitchen, dining area, and bathroom on the lower level, while the open-plan upper floor offers exposed beams, skylights, courtyard views, a double bed, sofa bed, desk, and wardrobes. The saltwater pool with a children’s slide completes this relaxed and family-friendly Öland retreat. Enjoy scenic walks and easy access to the sea, with swimming from a nearby jetty and better beaches along the east coast. South Öland offers a calm, authentic atmosphere and UNESCO World Heritage landscapes, with cows grazing, horses running around, birdwatching and seals at Eckelsudde - adding to the rural charm. A small grocery store is in Södra Möckleby, with restaurants and a golf course in Degerhamn and more services in Mörbylånga. Note - Charging Electric cars is prohibited. Only Smaller dogs are allowed. Celebrations/Parties are only allowed for groups renting all three apartments. Stay cautious with kids around the pool.
