This charming duplex apartment is set in an authentic 19th-century stone barn at Ölandsgård in Alvlösa, where rustic details meet modern comfort. The courtyard, filled with hollyhocks, lavender, and Öland stone, surrounds a striking blue saltwater pool that sets a tranquil holiday mood. Three apartments share a spacious garden with outdoor dining areas, barbecues, and open lawns with a trampoline — ideal for groups wanting both togetherness and privacy. The duplex offers a modern kitchen, dining space, and bathroom on the lower level, while the open upper floor features exposed beams, skylights, courtyard views, a double bed, and a sofa bed. The pool’s children’s slide makes it especially welcoming for families. Just beyond, Öland’s unique Alvaret landscape stretches toward the sea, with easy access to swimming, walking paths, and peaceful coastal scenery. Birdlife, grazing animals, and small village life in South Öland create a calm, authentic setting, with shops and restaurants only a short drive away. The other apartments have numbers: 64469, 64471 at Stugsommar. Note - Charging Electric cars is prohibited. Only Smaller dogs are allowed. Celebrations/Parties are only allowed for groups renting all three apartments. Stay cautious with kids around the pool.
