The bright, spacious, modern, and high-quality STAR apartment is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of DAS LUDWIG - HAUS HOCHLAND at the historic 90 Ludwigstr., in a quiet, prime location in Partenkirchen.
STAR features 2 lockable bedrooms, 1 kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower and a washer/dryer, a separate toilet, an entryway, and a large, sunny balcony accessible from both bedrooms.
Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed (box spring), a closet, a flat-screen TV, and a desk. One bedroom also has a sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). The other bedroom has a bunk bed (sleeps up to 3).
The kitchen is high-quality and fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, induction stove, microwave, toaster, hand blender, refrigerator with freezer compartment, tea kettle, coffee maker, extendable dining table, and much more.
There is a small LEGO play table for young children in the entryway.
The large, sunny balcony with an unobstructed mountain view is furnished with seating.
High-speed internet is free of charge.
A hair dryer, iron, and vacuum cleaner are provided.
In the entrance area of the stairwell, there is a room for skis and ski boots, as well as a ski boot dryer.
