An underground parking space and a ski locker complete this apartment.
During snowy periods of the year, snow tyres or chains are mandatory according to Decree No. 2020-1264 of 16 October 2020 relating to the mandatory equipment of certain vehicles during winter. You can find more information on this subject at Légifrance.

Just 100 meters from the Moussoux SNCF train station and a bus stop, you can easily get around to all the different points of interest in Chamonix. Close to Lake Gaillands, you'll find lots of hiking trails, a tree-top adventure course, and climbing routes for all levels.
On the other side, the center of Chamonix is just a 10-minute walk away, with its many restaurants, bars, and shops.
This apartment is easily accessible by public transport, allowing you to avoid traffic in Chamonix town center.
For guests arriving by car, you can park safely in your own secure underground parking space.
Take the train right outside your apartment to explore the whole valley.
To explore the rest of the region by car, you will be 30-40 minutes from Megève/St-Gervais and 1 hour 15 minutes from Geneva and Annecy.
