We respect your privacy and give you space during your stay. We are not on-site, but we are available via the app or phone should you need anything at all. We want you to feel like this is your own home for the duration of your trip!
There is a keypad for entry and you will have your own number to use during your stay so you will not have to worry about losing or keeping track of any keys!
Master Bedroom with King Bed and Master Bathroom, 2 bedrooms with Queen Size beds. Total of 3 bedroom 2 1/2 baths with fully functioning kitchen, dining area that can be used as your workspace, and a great living room with a fireplace to relax and recover after a hard day at work or at the beach.
OCCUPANCY AND VISITORS: For safety and insurance purposes, access to the property is restricted to the guests listed on the reservation only. No unregistered visitors or over night guests are permitted without prior host approval.
NEIGHBOROOD AND NOISE: We are located in a quiet residential neightborhood. We have a strict no-party policy and enforce quiet hours after 10pm to respect our neighbors.
We provide starter supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, trashbags and a "Forget Something" basket for just in case! We have coffee station with all the ammenities and we have not forgotten you Tea lovers as well!
You must be 21 to rent.
There is NO SMOKING inside the unit. If smoking is discovered you will be charged a cleaning fee of $250.00.
