The owner James is always quick to get in touch with, and helpful fpr anything you may need during your stay! Last year we stayed in 2b, which was larger but 4b actually met all of our needs for just me and my partner. I never understood negative ratings for this property. For the money, you can never beat this place! The private beach, ocean views, and amenities that are readily available also make this location well worth it! Thank you James, we'll be back next year!!!

Property was clean and had all the stuff you would expect… it was just really worn and not as nice as i would expect for all the restrictions the property had…
