LOVE the location!! Convenience store right across the street so it was very easy to get beach necessities in the morning. Literally walk down off the patio and be on the beach in a matter of steps. No multiple rows of beach chairs and umbrellas, plenty space.

Property was clean and had all the stuff you would expect… it was just really worn and not as nice as i would expect for all the restrictions the property had…
