I would rate this property as a good property very comfortable. My only complaint would be the couch in the living room definitely needs to be replaced and the master bathroom tub needs some work. The second bathroom has been very nicely modernized so that’s the one we use.The kitchen has been beautifully modernized. The staff have been excellent with the few issues we have had, very courteous and prompt.

This unit met our needs. Our teenager slept upstairs, our elementary two slept on the hide-a-bed. Appliance were updated, super convenient location to the beach, outside shower was super convenient to help get extra sand off before going inside. Some outlets didn't work and about 3 roaches seen but they were not seen by the kids and my husband was able to get rid of them before they found out. Aside from the roach issue, we loved it here and will definitely be back.

We were satisfied for the most part with our stay. We stayed in this unit last year and there were several things unsatisfactory concerning it but we decided to stay here again because of the proximity to the beach. All issues seemed to be resolved from last year and all was good this year too except the unit was COVERED with roaches. We bought several roach motels to put out but that didn't seem to curb them at all. We could not keep any food or snacks out on the counter. Everything was kept in the refrigerator. We washed all dishes and utensils before we used them as precaution.
