Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 25+ and stay the entire trip.
Rental Agreement: Must be signed within 48 hours of booking the reservation.
Security Verification: Must complete security verification to secure verification.
No Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the home or near doors and windows.
The neighboring gas station is currently undergoing construction. While the project is outside of our control, we want to make sure you are aware in advance. You may notice some activity or noise during the day, but the condo itself remains a comfortable and relaxing retreat just steps from the beach.
We've adjusted our pricing to reflect this temporary situation and appreciate your understanding as improvements are made to the area.

Flip Flop is well located across the street from a private beach. The host have provided very nice starter amenities - dish and laundry soap, coffee and filters, new sponges, nice shampoos, shower gels, etc. The property is somewhat run-down on the outside with worn stairs up to the living units. The Flip Flop unit is nicely furnished, but would benefit from some comfortable seating in the living area in addition to the sofa. Kitchen is well-equipped.

I was in Destin for a long weekend and wanted to be close to the beach and walking distance to the venue. This property met my needs and the property managers were very easy to get in touch with. I had no issues and enjoyed a great weekend.
