Set within Kermaria, a beautifully restored riverside house dating back to 1850, the One-Bedroom Bois d’Amour Apartment offers a peaceful and characterful stay overlooking the River Aven. Once a pension de famille for mill workers, this historic building has been thoughtfully reimagined into stylish, self-contained holiday accommodation, perfect for guests seeking independence, comfort, and something a little different.
Located on the top floor, the apartment is bright and spacious, featuring vaulted ceilings and charming river views. The interior blends art, antiques, and carefully upcycled furniture with modern comforts, creating a space that feels both inspiring and cosy. A comfortable bed dressed in luxurious white cotton linen and a pristine contemporary bathroom ensure a truly restful stay.
The open-plan living area includes a sofa and armchair, dining table for four, desk, Smart TV with Netflix, Bluetooth Harman Kardon speaker, and Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals and includes a Siemens pyrolytic oven, induction hob, fridge, washing machine, kettle, toaster, French press, and espresso coffee maker. Tea, coffee, and simple breakfast essentials are provided for your arrival.
The bedroom features a 160cm bed, wardrobe with coat hangers, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. The modern bathroom offers a walk-in shower, washbasin, WC, and soft towels.
The apartment has its own private entrance at the rear of the property and access to a shared 10m² terrace with outdoor seating for two. Free public parking is available nearby, along with covered bicycle storage. An EV charger is available by prior arrangement.
