Welcome to our home!
Come and enjoy our large and beautiful family house of 200m², ultra bright and warm, which we completely renovated last year and which we have been living in for a year with our two daughters - and with our two cats, whom we will leave to your good care if you wish.
You will find beautiful living spaces (a living room-tele-office, another large living room with stove, a spacious kitchen with dining table), three large adult bedrooms of 20m², two beautiful children's bedrooms (a single bed in each) and two bathrooms with shower.
On sunny days, you can enjoy our pretty garden of 500m² with terrace, table, chairs, deckchairs, parasol and barbecue.
The overall layout is designed for 8 people comfortably seated!
We are in the center of the town of Nizon, in the town of Pont-Aven. The port, its good restaurants and its charming shops are 15 minutes walk away (a nice walk under the trees) or 3 minutes by car.
The magnificent beaches of Névez and Trégunc are all 10-15 minutes away by car: Tahiti, Trescao, Rospico, Port-Mannec, Trévignon, Kersidan, Dourveil, you will be spoiled for choice without risk of making a mistake, we love them all.
As for visits, we are between Quimper and Lorient (each 30 minutes by car), 15 minutes from Concarneau and its walled city, 20 minutes from the Fouesnant Forest, 40 minutes from Douarnenez, the Bay of Audierne, the Monts d'Arrée, Locronan, Pont Scorff and Hennebont, 1 hour from Brest and Crozon, 1 hour 30 minutes from Morlaix, 1 hour 30 minutes from the Forest of Brocéliande, 1 hour 45 minutes from Rennes.
You will never tire of crisscrossing South Finistère, An authentic and wild corner of paradise, with its small villages of character, its lush countryside and its dream coast.
