Located two minutes walk from the village center and the Aven river, near the beaches. Restaurants, shops and galleries within walking distance. This character house will seduce you. Terrace, closed and flowered courtyard, olive trees. This house is made up of a ground floor (large room of 50m² living room, dining room, kitchen) facing due south and opening onto the terrace through the bay windows. upstairs, 2 bedrooms, separate wc, bathroom. We had a wonderful week in Florien and Jim's property. Firstly the check in process was very well managed by their neighbour Maurice, who was a lovely gentleman and proved to be incredibly helpful and kind later in the week when our car battery died and he provided us with jump leads. Nothing was too much trouble for Maurice and the owners who went out of their way to help us at every turn. Everything that you need is provided in the kitchen (nice touch with some very eco-friendly cleaning products) and the open plan area downstairs is great for a family. The courtyard garden is charming and lovely to sit and have lunch/dinner. The added benefit of the separate utility/laundry room was so useful when returning from the beach to rinse out bathing suits and wet suits and the private parking area super convenient in a town where parking is at a premium. The property is perfectly positioned in Pont Aven, within walking distance of all the shops, galleries and restaurants - there's even an amazing wine shop right next door that also sells delicious baguettes and croissants (much better than the bakery in town). We loved all the local beaches (Rospico being our favourite) and the local area is stunning. With children we weren't able to venture to the more high end restaurants but we must make a special mention for Creperie Armelle, Ty Burger and Maison le Darz (most amazing kouign-amann ever). Definitely recommended!

Lovely little cottage, very well equipped, and attractive, interesting decor. The position in the delightful Pont Aven was excellent and we could walk everywhere from the cottage. The only reason for the less than 5* accuracy of listing recommendation was the outside space. The courtyard, sadly, was a disappointment - the attractive space in the listing was overgrown with weeds - we had to rip creepers up on the terrace to use the loungers and from the wall in order to find the switch for the outside light. Such a shame - otherwise the property was excellent

We had a lovely week staying in this cosy little cottage. Great location in the heart of the town and well equipped comfortable accommodation. Florian was very attentive making sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend this accommodation for a small family or couple.

We've used Homeaway several times to book holiday rentals and this has to be one of the nicest we've stayed in. Although not cheap, it represents excellent value for the money. Florian has equipped the property to a very high standard and we had a truly wonderful stay. Booking was easy and Florian made sure we were met so that all our questions would be answered and kept in contact a couple of times during out stay to check all was going well which we appreciated. Pont Aven is a small, bustling town with lots of galleries, creperies and restaurants. In particular, the Cafe Noir (restaurant upstairs) is well worth a visit. One of the best meals we've ever eaten! Florian - we had a wonderful week and hope to return. Thank you for letting us use your lovely home.

Wir haben eine traumhafte Woche in Pont-Aven verbracht. Das Haus liegt zentral und ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Küche, Grill etc.). Bei diesen heissen Temperaturen haben wir den Innenhof in vollen Zügen genossen. Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Besitzer und auch die Schlüsselübergabe durch den Nachbarn hat perfekt geklappt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Merci!

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Es ist in Wirklichkeit fast noch schöner als auf den Fotos und lässt bezüglich der liebevollen Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen. Besonders die Küche verfügt über alles was man benötigt und so einiges mehr. Obwohl sehr zentral gelegen, ist der schöne Innenhof ruhig und perfekt zum entspannen. Trotzdem ist man in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum von Pont-Aven mit schönen kleinen Geschäften und Restaurants. Pont-Aven ist auch ein schöner Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und auch Maurice, der die Betreuung vor Ort übernimmt, war sehr freundlich. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und lässt ausstattungsmäßig keine Wünsche offen. Toll ist auch der schön gestaltete große Innenhof, den wir ganz für uns alleine nutzen konnten. Die Vermieter Florian und Jean-Mi waren zwar nicht persönlich vor Ort, aber die Kommunikation über Email und auch mit Maurice, dem Ansprechpartner vor Ort lief völlig komplikationslos. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt für Alle empfehlen, die eine individuelle, hochwertige Einrichtung zu schätzen wissen und den Ort Pont-Aven gerne fußläufig erkunden wollen. Gäste, die die vollkommene Abgeschiedenheit und Einsamkeit suchen, sind hier aber eher nicht bei dem richtigen Objekt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder „La petite court“ besuchen.

Das Ferienhaus "La Petite Cour" ist ein sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, in dem es an nichts fehlt. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und verfügt über alle technischen Geräte. Wir haben uns in diesem Haus extrem wohl gefühlt und würden es immer wieder mieten. Optimale Lage zum Ort Pont-Aven, den man zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreicht. Mit dem Fahrrad sind wir ca. 25 Min. gefahren, um das Meer zu erreichen, außerdem gibt es schöne Wanderwege rund um Pont-Aven. Die Abwicklung des Aufenthalts hat wunderbar geklappt!!! Eine rundum tolle Woche haben wir dort verbracht und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. B. Dams

Sehr zentral gelegen bietet dieses Ferienhaus alles was man braucht um sich darin wohlzufühlen.

Ein toller Mix aus bretonischem Steinhaus und moderner Einrichtung mit alten Möbel und vielen tollen Kleinigkeiten. Die Küche hat alles was benötigt wird und noch vieles mehr. Die zentrale Lage lässt nicht vermuten das sich hinter dem großen Einfahrtstor so ein tolles Gebäude befindet. Der Hof mit Terrasse bietet genügend Platz und lädt zum Verweilen ein. In einem extra Gebäude befindet sich Waschmaschine und Trockner und eine Garage für das Auto. Der Kontakt vor Ort funktioniert super und Anliegen aller Art werden schnellstens beantwortet. Alles in allem ein tolles Ferienhaus das wirklich seine 5 Sterne verdient. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist das kein deutsches Fernsehen angeboten wird.

La petite cour est plus qu’une maison de vacances, c’est une propriété privée temporairement laissée. Restaurée et décorée avec beaucoup de soins et de goût, avec l’am Pour le detail, des lits comfortables et une cuisine magnifique! Une communication très sympathique et attentive avec les propriétaires - maleureusement on ne s’est pas rencontrés - et un très charmant accueil de Maurice d’a Côté. Situé presque au centre de Pont -Aven c’est calme et la terasse est un havre de paix. On reviendra !

Die lange Reise wert

Bretagne im Oktober? Das geht! Sehr gut sogar, wenn man eine Unterkunft wie diese gefunden hat. Freunde haben uns das Finistère empfohlen, Kommissar Dupin hat uns in die Gegend von Pont-Aven geführt, und die Fotos dieses Hauses haben ihr Übriges getan. Wir haben die lange Anreise (ca. 1.200 km, mit dem Auto) nicht bereut. Pont-Aven ist durch seine zentrale Lage idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Wir haben z. B. eine Tagestour mit dem Auto zum Cap Sizun mit Abstechern zur Pointe du Raz und Pointe du Van unternommen oder Städte wie Concarneau oder Quimperlé besichtigt. Am schönsten fanden wir aber die gut beschriebenen Wanderungen an der Küste um Port Manec'h und die Pointe de Rospico herum. Die Strände hatten wir - wahrscheinlich der Jahreszeit geschuldet - fast für uns alleine. Da wir wussten, dass das Wetter im Oktober unbeständig sein kann, hatten wir Wert auf eine schöne Unterkunft gelegt, in der man sich auch tagsüber auch mal aufhalten kann. Das alte Haus liegt im Zentrum von Pont-Aven und dennoch recht ruhig, da es sich um einen Anbau handelt, der durch das Hauptgebäude von der Straße getrennt ist. Supermarkt, Restaurants und Geschäfte oder der kleine Hafen sind zu Fuß innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Das Haus selbst wurde von den Besitzern vor kurzem äußerst geschmackvoll renoviert. Der Mix aus modern versiegeltem Beton und den alten renovierten Steinmauern ist nicht alltäglich und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Einrichtung mit Bildern, alten Schränken und liebevoll ausgewählter Dekoration geht über das Ferienwohnungs-Niveau hinaus, das wir bislang gewohnt waren. Vollends überzeugt hat uns die Qualität der Betten - ich habe im Urlaub selten so gut geschlafen! Da wir gerne kochen (und da - einziger Wermutstropfen - zur Zeit unseres Urlaubes viele Restaurants geschlossen hatten), wussten wir die wirklich sehr gut ausgestattete Küche zu schätzen. Ich wüsste nicht, was gefehlt hätte, und alles war sehr sauber. Es hat wirklich Spaß gemacht, die Moules Marinières bei einem Glas Menetou-Salon zuzubereiten! Der Kontakt mit Florian, dem Vermieter, war reibungslos und herzlich. Leider haben wir uns nicht persönlich kennengelernt! Vielleicht klappt es ein anderes Mal!?! Angelika und Karl

La "Petite Cour" est une maison de ville au cadre exceptionnel, très facile à vivre en toute intimité. On s'y sent tout de suite chez soi. Elle est très bien équipée, tout a été très bien pensé. Elle convient aussi bien à ceux qui prendraient plaisir à cuisiner qu'à ceux qui préfèrent paresser ou lire. Les propriétaires et les personnes en charge de l'accueil sont top! Nous avons passé de très belles vacances et nous espérons pouvoir revenir très vite. France & Laurent
