Once we were in, it was really nice.

Great central location in a lovely town. The apartment was nicely furnished and large.

I did not think the concierge service demanding a deposit was necessary and I was not provided the code for the keybox when I arrived. I had to make phone calls to get this.

Emplacement super, logement très confortable, moderne et bien agencé. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires.

La seule chose que nous avons trouvé qui pourrait être amélioré, c'est un sac poubelle en plus ainsi que des produits pour le lave vaisselle à l'arrivée. Une chose qui malheureusement ne peut être amélioré, ce sont les odeurs de pots d'échappements lorsque nous ouvrons les fenêtres pour aérer

Top ausgestattetes App mitten in der Stadt

Lage muss man selbst beurteilen: alles in Pont-Aven fussläuffig erreichbar, aber an einer der Hauptstraßen. Ist mitunter laut. Das App ist relativ neu und sehr gut ausgestattet. Küche und Bad sind top. Bei einem Bett sind zweimal ein paar Latten aus dem Rost geknallt. (Großes Doppelbett im ersten Zimmer). Einen kleinen Aussenbereich gibt es auch. Also alles prima.

Der Ausgang zur Straße kann gefährlich werden. Ein tiefer Tritt zum schmalen Trottoir - da kann man auch mal auf der Straße landen. Die Abwicklung war sehr unpersönlich- Menschen wurden nicht gesehen, Schlüssel ging über die Schlüsselbox, Kommunikation nur online.

Très bonne semaine passée

Logement très très propre. Très bien équipé pour accueillir une famille avec enfants. Nous nous y sommes sentis très à l’aise dès notre arrivée.

Logement à côté d’une route à circulation importante donc bruit la nuit si sommeil leger. Rue en zone bleue donc il faut jongler avec les horaires de stationnement,ou sinon il faut aller se garer plus loin , peu pratique avec des enfants en bas âge car route passante +/- dangereux de se balader à pied. Poubelle pour évacuer les ordures ménagères qui n’est pas à proximité du logement, pas pratique .

Prestation d'une rare qualité, décoré avec gout, très bien équipé et fonctionnel. Le plus: c'est propre!

Le seul petit bémol est la gestion du stationnement, le parking gratuit est haut perché et relativement loin, il faut jongler avec la zone bleue...

Sehr großzügiges und top ausgestattetes Apartment. Alles sehr gepflegt und neuwertig. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut, da alles fußläufig erreichbar ist.

Die Parkplatzsituation allgemein in Pont-Aven ist schwierig, da alle Parkplätze Kurzparkzonen sind. Ist aber dennoch gut machbar.

Superbe appartement, moderne et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Très bien équipé (correspond exactement aux photos).. Une petite décoration pour la période de Noël que nous avons apprécié. Situation idéale pour visiter Pont-Aven et les alentours. Contact très réactif et bienveillant.
