Amazing host. Clean, perfect location, definitely recommend.

The host was amazingly helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much to ask. The location was ideal with plenty of local places to eat and drink, and not far to the nearest beach via car. The food, cocktails, area, and culture was outstanding. The room was clean, the space well thought out and the design modern yet homely. I can't wait to come again next year.

Très bien placé Propriétaire Très gentil. Appartement jolie conforme aux photos , emplacement super ! Tout se fait a pied une fois la voiture garé ! Hors saison niveau place pour se garer c'est vraiment très facile. Le logement a tout ! Très complet , on a rien a penser pour un séjour et c'est très agréable. Serviettes draps papier toilettes etc ! Nickel

Logement récemment rénové, très bien équipé et très propre et très bien situé. La wifi était gratuite. Nous avons été accueillis très agréablement par le propriétaire. Nous nous sommes sentis dans un petit nid douillet.

Pour un court séjour en solo permettant de visiter Pont-Aven et ses alentours, c'était idéal.

La localisation du logement est idéale pour pouvoir se balader tranquillement dans Pont-Aven. C'est au pied de l'Eglise, à 2 pas de l'Aven et du centre où se trouve le musée principal et différentes galeries. A quel pas du port également.

Peut-être que la distinction entre les différents logements pourrait être un peu clarifiée sur l'annonce. Une place de parking dédiée serait également idéale.

Adresse plutôt adaptée pour de courts séjours. Demander, si possible, les étages 2 et 3.

La situation centrale dans la ville, la disponibilité et la serviabilité du propriétaire. Le logement a été récemment rénové, ce qui est agréable et il possède une bonne literie. Les équipements de la cuisine sont assez basiques, mais c'est largement suffisant pour un court séjour (ne pas prévoir d'y cuisiner). Il est assez calme (situé dans une rue perpendiculaire à une rue passante que l'on entend de jour, mais pas la nuit). Il nous a été facile de se garer (au mois de mai) mais sans doute aussi l'été grâce aux indications du propriétaire et à la proximité d'un grand parking à 5 minutes de marche (pente assez raide cependant pour s'y rendre).

Il faut être vigilant quand on réserve, car il y a 3 logements distincts qui ne sont pas identiques et les photos ne sont pas clairement identifiées lorsqu'on les fait défiler en début d'annonce, d'où des confusions possibles. Le propriétaire possède en effet un petit immeuble (sans charme de l'extérieur mais situé sur une placette agréable) et le premier niveau est le plus petit comme l'atteste la façade. Si le grand angle permet de faire de jolies photos, on peut s'y sentir rapidement à l'étroit, en tout cas au premier étage. Les courts séjours y sont préférables si on y va en couple. Par ailleurs, c'est la première fois que nous recevons un message préalablement à notre arrivée pour nous demander de mettre une notation, je site "tout en sachant que, notre moyenne de note globale étant à 9.5, toute note inférieure à 10 nous fait baisser cette moyenne ;-) Il nous tient à cœur, de rester l'établissement le mieux noté de Pont-Aven". Curieux... Pour finir, si vous y êtes sensible, pensez à prendre des lunettes pour dormir car le studio reste lumineux la nuit malgré les rideaux et les stores.
