About this house rental
This is a new home in the Summercamp Beach community. It includes access to the resort-style clubhouse and pool, as well as two miles of private beach on the Gulf. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and relax.
The space
The main house features four bedrooms (two on the first floor, two on the second floor), each one with a queen-sized bed. There are also two pull-out sleeper sofas in the upstairs den, which sleep an additional four guests. A total of 12 guests in the main house.
This property also features a carriage house with game room and additional livingroom. The carriage house includes a ping pong table and other games for guests to enjoy! The carriage house sleeps an additional six (one bedroom with queen bed and two sleeper sofas in the livingroom).
The gated resort-style pool is a quick 3-minute walk from our home. The clubhouse is open to all guests, including changing rooms, showers, restrooms, and patio seating. Free parking is available at the clubhouse if you need to transport lots of pool gear/coolers, etc.
Summercamp features two miles of private beach and over 12 beach access points. Morning walks along the community boardwalks are a must!
The surrounding areas are truly an escape from a busy life. You won't find any traffic and wait lists for restaurants. Instead, you can visit the quaint town of Carrabelle and visit our local fresh seafood market, antique shops, and restaurants. We hope you enjoy our laidback 'Old Florida' lifestyle.

This property is such a gem! The pictures and description in the listing don’t do it justice. The house is extremely spacious- way more than we expected. Our entire group of 11 could have easily slept in just the main house, but there was also the carriage house available (which has its own kitchen and 2 full bathrooms, by the way) so we were able to really sprawl out and have our own space.The pool and beach were great as well. Neither are much of a walk from the house. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. The beach is more of a natural beach, which we absolutely loved. We found starfish, tons of hermit crabs and conchs at low tide. We also visited a beach nearby in Carrabelle, which was still very natural but without vegetation growing in the water. We loved the fact that the beaches don’t have large crowds. The entire area seems to be laidback and pretty quiet and the neighborhood seems very safe. We would definitely return.
