About this house rental
This is a stunning home in the Summercamp Beach community. It includes access to the resort-style clubhouse and pool, as well as two miles of private beach on the Gulf. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and relax.
The resort-style pool is a quick 3-minute walk from our home. The clubhouse is open to all guests, including changing rooms, showers, restrooms, and patio seating. Free parking is available at the clubhouse if you need to transport lots of pool gear/coolers, etc.
This home is dog friendly! The pet fee covers a deep cleaning required after any pets to ensure maximum cleanliness for the next guest. Please respect local leash laws, but feel free to bring your furry friend to the pet friendly beach. A maximum of two dogs allowed.
The main house features four bedrooms, each one with a queen-sized bed. There are also two pull-out sleeper sofas in the upstairs den, which sleep an additional four guests. A total of 12 guests in the main house.
This property also features a carriage house with game room and additional livingroom. The carriage house includes a ping pong table and other games for guests to enjoy! The carriage house sleeps an additional six (one bedroom with queen bed and two sleeper sofas in the livingroom).

You won't find any traffic and wait lists for restaurants. Instead, you can visit the quaint town of Carrabelle and visit our local fresh seafood market, antique shops, and restaurants. We hope you enjoy our laidback 'Old Florida' lifestyle.

Big house with lots of living space. The guest house had things to do while raining and in the evenings. Very close to the beach. Pool is about a 4 minute walk.

Absolutely perfect for our family… from the area but have a difficult time finding nice and CLEAN places to stay when visiting family. The house is definitely new with no clutter which I love as I have little ones. Host responded fast to questions and resolved issues. Private beach is amazing as white sand brought in when building the community as the bay is muddy (great for floundering ) Area is fisherman town with friendly people, amazing views, and seafood. Only negative- The clubhouse/restaurant was closed for construction.

This was a wonderful property in a great area for an extended family vacation. Summercamp resort area is coming
asking. We will be back for sure. Try to visit Wakulla while you're here.
