2-bedroom condo on SPI with AC, views of the Gulf and steps to the beach access

Clean rooms, nice kitchen with many cooking utensils, pots and pans. Pool was very clean and well taken care of. Thankful for washer and dryer. Loved the view from the decks.

This was a great place to stay, the house was awesome. It’s great that it’s dog friendly and the pool is awesome. The pictures on the listing don't do it justice. My family and I stayed in the massive room upstairs and my parents stayed in the room downstairs off the kitchen. There was plenty of room for all six of us. The location to the beach was great, it was a really easy, short walk. The host was easy to get hold of and really helpful. The only reason why the review isn’t five stars is because the house is in need of some repairs. When we used the bathtub upstairs, it started leaking downstairs so after cleaning that up, we avoided the bathtub for the rest of our stay. I’m sure it’s hard to keep up with repairs with short term renters coming in and out. Overall, the value for what we paid couldn’t be beat. The place is great and I’d stay there again.

We stayed five nights. Let's get the bed stuff out of the way. The hot tub was not filled because of a leak in the glass, and the downstairs A/C was not working properly, so it was hot and sticky during the day and just sticky at night. There was no washer and dryer in the unit (this was kind of important to me because there were a lot of us). There were other people in the duplex, and we all had to share one washer and one dryer. Needless to say, we were not able to wash clothes when we needed to.Now, the good stuff: the communication with the owner was excellent! I can tell that great care was taken to ensure we had everything we needed—pots, pans, towels, etc. The unit was very clean and much bigger than expected. The upstairs A/C worked perfectly. We were very close to the beach, about a 3-5 minute walk. The unit is pet-friendly, so we got to enjoy vacation with our dogs.I highly, highly recommend resting your feet here on vacation! Despite the slight inconveniences, it was still cozy, and I will be booking here again!
