You will enjoy nearby bakeries, parks, and local shops, all within walking distance. It’s an ideal base for both work and leisure stays.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest station, RER Bagneux (ligne B), is just a 4-minute walk. This line leads directly to Châtelet - Les Halles station. You'll be in the heart of Paris in about 30 minutes!
Metro Line 4 is about 19 minutes away from the apartment on foot.
Paris Orly Airport is approximately a 20-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
