This 25m² apartment on the 1st floor (with lift) is in a quiet residential area, so you can enjoy a bit of peace while still having easy access to the city centre.

It features a double bed and a sofa, accommodating up to 2 people, plus a kitchen with the essentials for simple meals. We'll have fresh towels and some toiletries ready for you, along with Wi-Fi so that you can stay connected.

So that you know:
The lift is pretty narrow, so it's not ideal for guests with reduced mobility. We like to keep things honest, so you know what to expect, while still enjoying a clean and comfortable stay with GuestReady Essential.

Bagneux is a peaceful suburb just south of Paris, perfect for people looking to enjoy the city while staying in a quiet, residential area. Well connected by RER, Bagneux offers quick access to central Paris while providing a more relaxed and local atmosphere. You will enjoy nearby bakeries, parks, and local shops, all within walking distance. It’s an ideal base for both work and leisure stays.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest station, RER Bagneux (ligne B), is just a 4-minute walk. This line leads directly to Châtelet - Les Halles station. You'll be in the heart of Paris in about 30 minutes!

Metro Line 4 is about 19 minutes away from the apartment on foot.

Paris Orly Airport is approximately a 20-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
