This former converted barn offers wifi, sleeps 19 (bunk beds) in
5 bedrooms, one of which is on the first floor allowing a person with reduced mobility
to participate in the living room (adapted bathroom), central heating and a kitchen
equipped (professional dishwasher, microwave, freezer), behind a 5-meter counter
ideal for buffets.
A large parking lot, the wooded park with its terrace, a table football, bowling alley and table tennis
will allow you to enjoy the outdoors and the barbecue on sunny days.
The activities are varied:
The Lake of Saint Pardoux: swimming at the Aqualudic Pool or on the beaches, water skiing, the
Lake Wakepark, the sailing base, the acrobatic course in the forest, the cycle path and the mountain bike circuit will occupy
the most curious about adventures. The lake of Saint Pardoux (330ha) is classified in the 2nd category
and managed by the Haute-Vienne Fishing Federation. .
For hikers: The cottage is located on the circuit of the Communal Field, 9 km of hiking
in beautiful sunken paths. At 3 km, the tour of the lake of Saint Pardoux (24 km with several variants)
offers many panoramas of the lake and the Limousin countryside, "Les Daumiers" offers
a very beautiful walk of 11 km, with alternating meadows, forests, ponds and the edge of the lake of Saint-
Pardoux. and on a portion of GRP linking two GRPs of 82 and 145 km. You also have
small walks in the woods of the property.
