Located in the charming village of Davejean, this 1865 mansion welcomes you for an authentic stay in the heart of a pristine natural setting. This charming vacation rental is ideal for families and groups of friends. The landscaped garden features outdoor furniture, perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing. Out front, a terrace equipped with a lounge area lets you fully enjoy sunny days and the village’s tranquility. Parking is available on the street, right next to the cottage. Davejean is a prime destination for nature and outdoor enthusiasts. Hiking trails located right next to the cottage let you set out on foot to explore the typical landscapes of the Hautes-Corbières, featuring rolling hills, garrigue, natural panoramas, and splendid views of the Pyrenees. The trails are suitable for both leisurely strolls and more challenging, longer hikes (GR trails). Nearby swimming spots: Lake Massac (15 minutes), the Orbieu River (20 minutes). The village offers an authentic and lively atmosphere, with local events and regular visits from street vendors—such as the bakery, butcher shop, and other businesses—making daily life easier. Shops (grocery store, restaurant, pizzeria, local market) are located in neighboring villages just a few minutes away by car. On the second floor: - Bedroom 3: 140x190cm bed + 90x190cm bed + private bathroom (shower, toilet). - Bedroom 4: 80x190 cm bunk bed + 90x190 cm bed + loft with 2 extra mattresses.
