I had reserved a room with a balcony; however, upon my arrival, the room did not include one. As there is no reception or on-site staff at the hotel, it was somewhat inconvenient to obtain assistance—particularly since the listed telephone number is not in use. I was eventually able to get in contact via the chat function on Booking.com, though I waited 24 hours without receiving the main feature I had paid extra for. When the issue was finally resolved, however, it proved worth the wait. The staff assisting via chat were highly competent and accommodating. The room I was ultimately given was beautiful, offering a lovely view of the King’s Garden from the balcony. It was tastefully decorated and spacious. There were no television channels available, so I would recommend bringing a Chromecast. Overall, it was a very pleasant place to stay.

No channels on television You have to bring your own shampoo etc since they only equip the rooms with hand sope . The lack of towels
