Very easy checkin without the host needing to there, parking was in the front garden, safe, easy and free.
Spacious room and kitchen facilities.
We checked in around 8pm, and by then we no longer had the option of choosing breakfast.

The room was lovely and warm. Comfy bed. doona and pillows, underfloor heating was appreciated. Easy to find with good on site parking. Quiet location.

The room was very quiet.
Very clean.
The room was too small, way too small, for two people.
No milk in the fridge for a coffee or tea. No sugar either - other than the artificial sugar which we don't like.
The bed is too small for two people. We are used to a queen size, minimum.
Blinds on the windows let too much light through.
For a single person the room would be perfect. I think we just booked the wrong property for our needs.
