Most of the staff are kind and responsive. The location is great very walkable and close to the main attractions. Breakfast was okay: decent and sufficient. A really nice touch is that you can get coffee or tea anytime you want, which felt very welcoming. They also offer some snacks.
Bathroom - the shower is not seperated from the main batroom tile there is no tub.
