Located just off Nathan Rd, super close to the Ladies Market & Sneaker Street. Just a quick walk to the nearest bus stop or MTR station and a laundromat 5 minutes away. 24 hr 7-11 right across the street. Equipped with a washing machine, we only needed the dryer from the laundromat. Newly renovated inside with comfy mattresses and kitchen chairs (cushioned , not just cheap plastic), use of the washing machine, full sized fridge, hot water in the shower and a new flush toilet. Door locks on both bedrooms and aircon in both too and one for the living room, all working fine. WiFi was strong and worked all 6 days we were there. No complaints. Easily room enough for the 4 of us in family, all adults.

Not enough bath towels (we had to buy a couple) and 105 steps to get up to the 5 th floor. No elevator but we are fit so doable but it’s not for seniors or complainers lol. Building and stairwell look rough from the outside but belie the apartment itself which was well worth the money. There was no TV at this time but it may be added later.
