The space is great, I like that they provided lots of water and lots of one-time-use things, like the toilet seat covers, water, a fridge, and even one-time-use shower towels. When there are problems, they usually respond pretty quickly. Things like the AC on the first night, they came by right away.

The space looked a little bit smaller than in photos, but everything is still accurate once you compare them side by side. Small things: the bathroom had some dirty water in there. It wasn't pee, but I think it was from just the cleaning. Also weird: once we've paid the full amount, they prefer us to put the garbage outside versus coming in to take the garbage out, like the first half of the trip.

Great Location easy to get to.

The bed is way too hard. Traditional Chinese bed. The bed downstairs is even worse.

The host was fantastic. We encountered some trouble going from Hong Kong to Shenzhen, and unfortunately arrived late, but the host was very gracious and met us a few hours after our allotted check in time past midnight after helping us navigate after-hours crossings. She also gave us a lift to the food district since we were quite hungry after our journey, and gave us fantastic recommendations for food and for our itinerary for the next day, as well as letting us store our baggage after check out. She was fantastic and went more than above and beyond for us. In terms od the property itself, it was fantastic. Very clean, every amenity you could need, and very comfortable. Definitely recommend!
