La comodidad, es un apartamento funcional, equipado con todo, con una terraza cómoda para desayunar y/o cenar, además muy cerca del tranvía
Nos gustó todo en general. Sólo comentaría la climatización, nos pilló 2 días de calor intenso y el piso no cuenta con aire acondicionado

Localização junto ao metro facilita todas as deslocações. Apartamento localizado num condomínio fechado moderno. Boas comodidades e vários equipamentos de apoio dentro do apartamento (máquina de lavar roupa, ferro de engomar, máquina de café, torradeira, aspirador). Colchão da cama King size é muito confortável (excelente). Dono foi muito acolhedor e a explicou tudo com muito detalhe.
O sofá para a nossa filha dormir era muito quente. Creio que poderia ser melhor. Em dias de muito calor as colunas de ar e ventoinha não são suficientes. Recomenda-se a instalação de ar condicionado para climatizar adequadamente o espaço.
