J'ai aimé particulièrement le rapport qualité-prix, la localisation parfaite et la vue de la fenêtre car la rue est très charmante.
Je pense que du matériel de cuisine pourrait être ajouté (couteaux de cuisine, condiments, huile et autre de base) et un petit coup de frais sur la douche mais c'est du détail. :-)

Le logement lui-même. L'emplacement. Le digicode. La luminosité du logement. Tous les ustensiles de cuisine. Le kit d'accueil. Avoir Netflix et Prime Vidéo. La douche avec les jets. La propreté. Le calme. Le tramway à proximité.
Le micro-onde trop haut, c'est dangereux même en montant sur un marche pied. L'interrupteur pour éteindre la lumière se trouve au bout du lit. La poêle avec revêtement type Tefal toute rayée. Le dessous de la casserole noire. Le support pour accrocher le cordon de la douche ne tient pas en hauteur. L'odeur de cigarette dans le couloir. Le fait de payer en plus pour avoir le logement plus tôt et le fait de payer le ménage alors que je pouvais le faire.

Le logement est très bien placé dans un quartier calme à 2 mn des transports en commun . Le propriétaire est réactif et arrangeant . Le logement correspond au photos

Pas de vrai table pour manger , chauffage coupe à mon arrivée , mais après un jour il faisait bon . Propreté dans salle de bain pas top
