Close to the banks of the Garonne, in the Amidonniers district, the flat Les Amidonniers will perfectly meet your expectations for a leisure or professional stay of a few days or weeks.
Fully equipped, it has all the necessary comforts for you to have everything you need: wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels provided, bedroom with double bed and cupboard, equipped kitchen, balcony and secure parking space.
Close to the shops and a 20-minute walk from the Place du Capitole, you will be ideally placed!

Located on the 2nd floor with lift of a small recent (10 years) co-ownership, the 60 m² flat is composed as follows:
- Pleasant living room tastefully decorated, furnished with a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, a TV and a dining table with 4 chairs.
- Fully equipped open kitchen: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, etc.
- Double bedroom with large wardrobe.
- Bathroom with bath, vanity unit and heated towel rail.
- Separate WC
Outside :
- Terrace of 15 m² facing west, with a view of the Coulée Verte on the banks of the Garonne. It is equipped with garden furniture and a table with 4 chairs for your meals or coffee breaks!

Quiet and pleasant neighbourhood located in the north-west, 15 minutes walk from the city centre (Place du Capitole). Close to shops and very well served by public transport, the flat is ideal for a professional or leisure stay.

Parking space in the basement for a tourist vehicle (access with digicode lift).

The appartment was perfect for two people. It has a nice outdoor patio with a pleasant view of the park. It is a 30 minute walk to the capitol. Public transportation does not come close. Thank you Uber.

Grand appartement, très confortable et la cuisine est très bien équipée. Excellent accueil par la propriétaire qui nous a fourni des informations détaillées sur toutes les caractéristiques de l'appartement. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le grand balcon ensoleillé orienté vers le sud-est et l'accès au sentier pédestre situé immédiatement derrière l'édifice.

Appartement très coquet où rien ne manque pour passer un séjour agréable. Les températures très clémentes de ce début novembre nous ont permis de profiter d'un très spacieux balcon joliment aménagé. Parking en sous sol situation calme proche de la ville 1 5mn à pied au choux coulée verte ou quai de Garonne.
