Luxury House with Private Pool for Gathering

The location felt safe and secure given that it was in a gated community. Love the amenities in the house, like the couch and karaoke machine. We loved drinking water and of course we loved having a pool to come home too after a long day in the hot Davao sun! We loved the modern aesthetic of the house and the fun LED lighting in the backyard. We also love the gated driveway again, making us feel very safe.

The streets were very narrow and parking was difficult for our guests to maneuver through the streets. The neighborhood dogs were a nuisance and were constantly barking and would wake us up at 5 AM every single day making it difficult to sleep in. Nearly all shower drains were clogged, even with the first use so you showered in standing water. There was no soap to run the dishwasher and the refrigerator was temperamental in making the ice. Also, it would’ve been nice to have a microwave available. Completely understand that having a caretaker on site is important. However, it would’ve been nice for it to be clearly stated prior to our booking that she is on site and actually has a bedroom in the house.
