Cozy 3-Bedroom Home near SMX Lanang

The apartment,

The bathrooms are big compared to other lodging we’ve been in the Philippines. It has a small kitchen where you can cook and a restroom downstairs. The back of the house also has a dry rack to dry baby clothes. It has a covered driveway to park a car if you rented one. If you like the sound of commercial airplanes and watch them fly over you, this is the place! Make sure to bring food, snacks, and drinks.

All the rooms are upstairs, so it would not be good for someone who has a disability like me to climb the two sets of hardwood stairways. No free breakfast like noodles or eggs to cook. The location is not near grocery store, but we found a small store that sells eggs, drinks, etc. but a little more expensive because it’s inside a subdivision. You can watch and hear the airplanes pass by above the rooftop. Need bigger trash cans for families with 6 adults and a baby. The check-out time is too early 1100 AM, especially if your flight is late in the afternoon or early evening. Hotels have an hour allowance. Cleaners arrived 30 minutes early before check out time, but we allowed them to come in and start cleaning upstairs, since we were all ready and just waiting for our van service to the airport.

It's hard to get a taxi when you want to go out.

Was it really nice place with a really good setup. Very close to the airport. Not far at all from plenty of food malls and activities. Layout of property and security was great.

In the description it says pool but I talked to the neighbor and the pool has been down for several months. I believe that should be stated in the actual description since I use that as a selling point. The other neighbor said it was permanently closed but I don't know if that was true or not. The second floor hot water did not work. House had very limited blankets and towels. At least one of the ACs in one of the bedrooms wasn't working properly. I believe the price that they were asking would have been Fair if these points were addressed.
